November to December 1986:
To celebrate its fifth year of programming and its relocation to 97 Kenmare Street, Storefront for Art and Architecture presents a comprehensive review of its past projects, exhibitions, performances, and other programs hosted at its former space at 51 Prince Street. The exhibition features Homeless at. Home, Adam’s House in Paradise, After Tilted Arc, and Centers by Lebbeus Woods, among many others.
Works of artists and architects involved with Storefront were on sale for the benefit of the organization.
In celebrating the opening of the new space at 97 Kenmare Street, Future of Storefront is a projective exhibition that shows Storefront’s upcoming programs. It includes work and portfolios of artists and architects. Participants are: Ba Ba ARC, Neil Denari, Diller + Scofidio, Shirin Neshat, and Lebbeus Woods.
